After you have selected all the items required from the website, click on cart icon and then proceed to Checkout, enter your Contact Information and Shipping information and then proceed to ‘Review Your Order’ and then ‘Place Your Order’. Our dedicated shoppers will gather all the ordered items and then subsequently home delivery of groceries to the given address.
After the delivery has been done, our Accounts team will email the invoice to you. The payment can then be made by following ways:

Once an order is submitted during the online grocery shopping, changes to the order cannot be made. If customer needs to add some new items, then you will have to place a new order.
If the customer places an order for an amount less than SGD 59, then a delivery charge of SGD 7 is applicable for the order. If however the customer is placing an order for an amount more than SGD 59 then it will be eligible for free home delivery service.
Customer does not need to register themselves on our website to place an order.
No, the Online payment cannot be done at the time of placing an order nor can the customer pay (Cash on Delivery) at the time of delivery.Ask us Why? Yes, the cut-off time is 4:00 PM(Friday cut-off time is 3.00 PM).Orders will be delivered only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and there is no delivery on Sunday and public Holidays.
The orders will be delivered within 48 hours.
Yes, customer can request for Contact less delivery. In case of a request for contact-less delivery of home grocery, our delivery team will leave the items at the door and ring the bell and leave. Please note, Shopping Houze will not be responsible for the items if they are not collected immediately from the door or if there is no one available at time of delivery esp. for Contact-less delivery.
